How to apply ministry material from Kanaan Ministries

It is important that you work through our resources in the correct order. Each teaching serves a very specific purpose. We would appreciate your cooperation in this regard. If you only do part of the training, you will have selective knowledge and can draw incorrect conclusions and thereby form invalid opinions of the Biblical principles that we teach.

Conditions under which training material is made available

We want to continue to be faithful to the God’s calling to supply material in respect of the training of individual believers and/ or church leadership.

Due to the following factors, Kanaan Ministries indemnifies ourselves from any responsibility or liability resulting from the use of the material as each person utilising the material must ensure that they have understood and complied with the following principles in their own right:

  • It is essential that ALL parties in a training session accept the Biblical principle that Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Son of God who came in the flesh, is the only Way, the Truth and the Life.
  • It is essential that the counsellor or trainer is submitted to and under the covering of a local congregation, that the leadership acknowledge the gifts and subsequently have released the counsellor to minister. (Prov 18: 16)
  • It is essential that the leadership of that particular local congregation approve the material.
  • It is essential that every person evaluates the impact of our material in relation to their own background, experience, and unique value system.
  • It is essential that the church leadership determines the level of experience of each counsellor or trainer as this will impact on the effective use of the material.

Prayer Ministry Training

People wanting to be trained up and churches that want to train their counsellors and leadership in Prayer Ministry, can obtain all the materials from the Kanaan Ministries Office or our online shop.

Checking your foundations

All the teaching material uses the information from the Soul Care School as its basis. This school consists of two manuals: The Soul Care School and Course 2, Inner Healing) and 24 DVDs or 33 CDs. The manuals are merely a framework, and so we recommend that you make use of the additional resource material such as the DVD’s as Amanda provides many practical illustrations that will add to your understanding of the teachings. (You are welcome to get together in a group and share the costs if necessary.)

Together with the Soul Care course we recommend that you purchase the Prayers of Renunciation, to learn how to renounce the occultic things in our lives. Six books cover the following topics: Religions, Ancient Roots, Secret Organizations, Eastern, General and Petitions.

Courses 1 and 2 are for the cleansing of the Bride and every child of God should be encouraged to do them (24 DVDs)

Cleansing our generations

Additional to the Soul Care Course 1 we recommend that you add Cleansing our Generations (a set of 6 DVDs), which covers the latest information. This course is presented in Powerpoint with colourful and practical illustrations and deals with understanding the Four Elements and how it has affected our lives through our generations.

Additional to this course we recommend that you work through Healing our Wounded Hearts - 21 DVD's and 7 manuals.  This teaching is also done in PowerPoint with colourful and practical illustrations.

Practical training for Cell leaders, Intercessors and Counselors

If you now want to continue to help others with what you have learned, you can do the Practical Application of Soul Care course. This teaching helps you to understand the ministry of deliverance, how to minister to those that are bound, oppressed, wounded, etc.

For more Advanced Training for Counselors and Intercessors (Course 4 and 5), there is a further course available to teach you about the end time plan of satan and how to war in these last days. It also covers the introduction to understanding the New World Order, DID and Mind Control.

Our ministry is not crisis counselling. We require that the people have to work through our counselling school CD’s / DVD’s. This takes them through their family sins, their childhood years, etc, to understand why they have problems and where they come from. We do not just do deliverance but believe in teaching first so that they are trained to close the doors and to keep them closed. When they do go to the counsellor then the session goes much quicker and they can maintain their deliverance.
