The Soul Care school is our ministry’s foundational course upon which most of the other course material is based.

Primary Purpose of the Soul Care School

The Soul Care School is the foundation of all the teachings available and consists of two manuals:

  1. The Soul Care School; and
  2. Course 2: Inner Healing

The following topics are covered in the Soul Care School:

The Principles of God

God's Law applies to us as Christians, as well as everyone else. There are consequences for breaking God's Law. God has provided a way to get free of past mistakes, failures and sin.

You will learn God's primary purpose for us as individuals and that we can only achieve this if we are "born again".

God put natural, physical laws into place since the beginning of Creation

You will be studying the following laws:

  • Law of "sowing and reaping"
  • Law of Multiplication
  • Law of a Time to Harvest

You will study Romans 6:14 that says,” You are not under the law, but under grace” and come to understand that grace does not exempt you from obeying God’s Commandments and precepts.

You will learn that when you do violate God’s Commandments, several things begin to happen The consequence might be minor or major, a nuisance or a calamity, depending on whether we are activating blessings (obedience) or curses (rebellion).

Man As A Triune Being

  • You will learn that you consist of a body, a soul and a spirit.
  • You will study the three parts of the soul and see why we need to address this part of our being.
  • You will see that there are strongholds in your life and understand why the enemy does not want our souls to be healed.

The Position of the Church in the World

The main problem in the Church is a passive attitude. God’s children live their lives on a much lower level than what God has intended for them. A person with a passive attitude will never conquer and take possession of his inheritance. The Kingdom of God is confirmed by confrontation.

  • You will study passivity in the Church and how we have allowed the enemy to steal our inheritance.
  • You will see that Kingdom promises are not automatically possessed but are only established through confrontation.
  • You will learn how God has equipped us for warfare.

Hierarchy of Darkness

An aggressive church will confront a spiritual kingdom

  • You will study the difference between: Principalities, Powers, World rulers of darkness, Evil spirits in the air.
  • You will then understand the position of the Church and the Believer in Jesus Christ.

Keys of the Kingdom

We are confronting an enemy that has established himself for a long time in our lives. The bondage looks impenetrable, but the Lord has given us SPIRITUAL WEAPONS.

  • You will study what the Word says about spiritual warfare and why we do warfare today.
  • You will look at the reasons why we as children of God, still lose battles and why is it vital to take a stand (be offensive) in warfare rather than defensive

Spiritual Warfare

We must first have inner victory before we can conquer the land on the outside. God has given us spiritual weapons to protect us against the attacks of the enemy.

You will study the armour of God as taught in Ephesians 6 and you will learn that it is a LIFESTYLE and not a ritual!

The Mind

You will learn to identify the “Strongholds” of your mind and how they imprison our minds. You will understand what is an un-renewed mind and what are the possible sinful attitudes through which we can be deceived.

Charismatic Witchcraft

Any person endeavors to use the Word of God and His power with the aim of influencing others to achieve their own selfish purposes is involved in Charismatic Witchcraft.

  • You will learn to differentiate between charismatic and classical witchcraft.
  • You will study what the different idols in our hearts can be, the consequences of having these idols, and what happens when we abuse God’s gifts.
  • You will look at how the Jezebel spirit, can be male or female and the ways in which this spirit works.

The Will

A man’s will is the center of who he really is.

  • You will learn to identify the THREE wills operating in a Christian’s life and the important role your will plays in resisting the enemy.
  • You will look at the THREE Laws of the Spirit regarding the will and the ways in which we can give the enemy legal right into areas in our lives.

The Occult

There are at least 101 references in the Bible to occultism and idolatry. Occult involvement gives Satan a legal right to an individual. Under the New Testament, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ has the power to break the curse of the occult, so that the prisoner can live and be set free.

You will learn that occultism has its origin in idolatry and rebellion against God and how to identify the counterfeit gifts.

Bloodline curses/ Demonic covenants

God sees man in terms of families. He thinks in terms of generations. Because He has planned each of us from the foundation of the world, we already existed in His mind before we were born.

You will learn how we are affected by the actions of our families in the generations before us and how we affect the generations after us. You are accountable for sins in your bloodline and you will learn how to deal with the resulting curses.

Soul Ties

Associations and relationships, spiritual transferance, as well as soulish transferance take place and in this manner soul ties are formed between people.

  • You will learn what is a Soul Tie and how important it is to break ungodly soul-ties from your past to be able to live a pure life of victory in the present.
  • You will also learn to define the roots of a Godly marriage should be.

Bruises of Satan

The main objective of Satan is to hurt every person born into this world, and to bruise him.

You will see how satan hurts and bruises and the results and symptoms of each of the following bruises of satan: A Broken Parent Relationship, Unfair Treatment, Sexual Abuse, Violence, Words that are Spoken, etc.

Root of Bitterness

You will study how bitterness is the greatest weapon available to Satan and that it is the seed-bed of all demonic work.

Root of Rejection

We are the result of experiences from the past. We get our self image, self worth and self-identity from our family and friend relationships.

  • You will study what the basic needs of a child are, how can we show love, and how vacuums are created in our lives.
  • You will look at the different sources of rejection in: Parent-child relationships, Peer group relationships, Society, Etc.

Loosing of Hurts

Many Christians are tortured by the enemy because of unforgiveness.

You will look at what does it mean to forgive and what happens if we don’t forgive.

Root of Rebellion

God created man in His image. He wanted man to have a Godly relationship with him. As a result of sin, this Godly relationship was broken and rebellion became the nature of man.

  • You will learn what the Bible says about rebellion and the attitudes that come from hurts and unfulfilled needs.
  • You will understand what are the sources and the nature of rebellion are and how God views rebellion in our lives.

The Father Relationship

The child’s own identity and self worth come from the father relationship. The father’s image is the model on which the child builds his relationship with God.

  • You will study the problems that develop as a result of a weak father image, and the factors that contributed to a failed father’s role.
  • You will also define the factors that contribute to building a good Godly father relationship.

The Root of Pride

Pride is not a demon. It is an attitude of the heart that gives place to the devil.

  • You will understand why we tend to build an image of pride and how we can cut the root of pride in our lives.
  • You will also look at what some of the characteristics of humility are and how to apply it to your life.

The Spirit of Sonship and the Spirit of Slavery

It takes time for Christians to come out from under the spirit of slavery into the place of rest that can be found in Christ.

  • You will study the differences between a son and a slave in the Roman household looking at the inward and outward sources of a spirit of slavery.
  • You will then be able to draw the distinction between Religion and having a Relationship with Father God.
